Health and education is a matter of both state and centre. State having good health infrastructure, provides productive workforce and help centre in realising its goal. Productive workforce helps State to seek fund. State also look at education level of citizen and should provide technical and digital knowledge to them. Educated citizen brings new market. Thus, helps state in getting fund.
Health Infrastructure in Bihar State
Government hospital in Bihar lack infrastructure. People at once working there, has opened private hospital and dispensary. Government claims, ‘They have hospital and medicine shop.’ But when you go government hospital, ‘they ask to go in private hospital or take medicine from private shop.’ Equipments are malfunctioning and medicines are exhausted. Government hospitals are there for small illness and private hospitals are there for big illness.
