Normal government offices work from 10AM-5PM, but government staff is available from 11.30AM-3PM. Most of the government staff comes from Administrative Capital region, thus 2-4 hours travel time is included in government office work time. ‘Travel time to government office’ is paid for government staff. Government should change labour law to make ‘Travel time to private office’ paid by company.
