Democratic ruler is fixed to few person and people have to vote them again and again. To do livelihood better, resources is being distributed either through market or government (Communist Ideology). Almost all work of government are brought, passed and finished by security personnel. This gives a form of military rule. Culture and livelihood is such that allow only person to have capital for survival. All the time, technology are imported and sold. Big Capitalism based on indigenous technology is difficult. India have all above four features and thus India have mix of Democratic-Capitalism and Military-Communist rule.
