Many places, Road underpass Railway track. During rain, Water logging in underpass and Mud deposition makes difficult for Road user to use underpass. Maintenance of such infrastructure should be done through local bodies. Local bodies to employ personnel for water draining and mud cleaning and fund be given through Ministry of Railways.
