During tourism, person is identified by surveillance member and person’s all historic data is available to surveillance member, then surveillance member starts investing in every activity of person on tourism. Surveillance member will either give more compitable service to person in workplace or reduce compitable service to person in workplace. Person joining work after tourism feels this change.
