eSIM can be transferred from one mobile to another. eSIM cannot be activated for a given number in mobile, if QR code and physical SIM card unavailable. Number owned by given person is known, then in new smartphone with eSIM features, person should able to get his number without transfer from old smartphone with eSIM features.
