In Indian democracy, there exist medieval monarch. Medieval Monarch stays in large group, but never uphold democratic government and take away fund as their need. These funds are used for their lifestyle. To make democratic institution stronger, Medieval monarch needs to be brought under law. Separate fund, Confining group, Special Surveillance team, Keeping record and some more steps are required to handle Medieval Monarch.
