Army has cited technological insufficiency, difficult to combat, many a times. But Executive, Legislature had never taken up the matter. Executive had censor such army officer and legislature failed to check executive. Army, Security Personnel give security to many establishment, Officer, Money and other. Their problem, description should be discussed by legislature. How can Army/ Security Personnel expect, ‘Whole Legislature support them?’, ‘Whole Legislature keep a check on money?’
